Great little beetle.. Resent restore project. Lots of new parts. All rubber is new, (windows and body). All lights work. All chrome in good shape, missing one piece, rear passenger. New suspension. New brakes and master cylinder. Steering linkage is new. Interior is in good shape.. Engine tuned up and serviced. New muffler and pipes. $6000.00 + spent in the last few years. Starts right up and runs great. 32 mpg. The bad... Paint job is bad. Saved money when redoing body...... should have spent more for a better paint job. Paint is peeling and looks flat. Needs heater hoses from inside fender well to fan box. Fan box has been taken apart and rebuilt. Everything works (except heater)(needs hoses and checked out, I never needed it). Financial situation forces the sale of some of my projects. I have it listed locally and other places for $3500.00. Auction may end early if sold elsewhere.
