2007 BMW 550i with Performance Package Great condition BMW 6 speed 550i with only 45,887 miles. MSRP was $69,325. I purchased it as the second owner. I am selling it as I have recently had the pleasure of now paying for moving my 9th grader into private school and next year the other is entering college. Unfortunately, it is a bit costly as I have another car also. The car runs and looks great. All equipment works well and it has never been in an accident (to the best of my knowledge). The grey exterior paint is in very good condition as is the interior. The car was always dealer serviced and I used Mobil 1. The tires were replaced (Goodyear F1) when I bought the vehicle and are in great shape. Let me know if you want more pictures. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment – Wire transfer is required directly to my credit union (who holds the title). All funds must be in US dollars only. Taxes and Registration fees: The Buyers is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any fees, taxes, etc. Buyer's Inspection - Every effort was made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles have some small imperfections inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly cooperate. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after pickup. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. Warranty – No warranty, either expressed or implied, comes with the vehicle. Mileage-As the vehicle is being offered for sale locally, test drives may be required. I will make sure the mileage is within 300 miles of what is advertised in this auction. Bidder Notice I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale as it is for sale locally. Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Negative Feedback Bidders - I do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email me prior to bidding. Successful Bidder - The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder - If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. The deposit will be forfeited.
