1981 VW Rabbit Diesel truck. Great condition. This vehicle has been restored over the past two years and it is probably the best rebuilt rabbit truck that you will find. It has been repainted (dark blue with orange vw lettering). NO scratches or dents. The engine has been rebuilt with way too many new parts to list, it came from another rabbit truck that only had about 20,000 miles on it. Since the rebuild, it has about 2000 miles put on it. It has a new clutch, all new belts and really runs very smooth. It has a new gas tank that was finished by Roppels (15 gallon). My mechanic could share much more detail with you, if you're interested I can give you his number.The bed has also been painted (black) with truck bed paint. Gets amazing gas mileage, I fill up every month or so. Has navy blue interior in great shape along with refnished seats that are also navy and look brand new. I have invested over $10,000 (not including initial cost of vehicle) in this truck and the work was done by a mechanic that specializes in vw's. It needs a headliner and sunroof has very small leak in hard rains not a serious leak but other than that this car is in very good condition. 5spd, cd player, new speakers, no a/c, heat works great, rear window opens.
