Mercedes built this body from 1971-1989, they just kept squeezing in bigger engines. At the end of the run, they hadn’t changed much, but they shoved in the biggest engine ever, (the 5.6 liter, bigger than most modern trucks) and added an air bag and better climate control. This is a strong example of that car. Runs great, very fast and looks great. Always gets looks on the street. Have both hard and soft tops, but this car was not driven in winter. Soft top is in great condition, no tears, clear window. The only thing that does not work on this car is the radio, and the cruise control is a little fussy. Even the A/C and power windows work. New saddle tan interior looks great. Drivers air bag. Many new parts are listed below. Have receipts for everything. I am forced to sell due o a recent move to NYC.
