Check out my stock Mr2. This really has been a great car. I have loved it. The only reason I am selling is that I have two and need a down payment for a house, so I am getting rid of one. Truly this is a sweet Turbo T-Topped Red Mr2. This car is stock and is unmolested - a wonderful car. I bought this from Vegas, the previous owner was a Toyota tech and did most of the work on it himself. Everything is stock on the car. The stereo is original. Very clean. Leather seats, t-tops, even the A/C works. 169K miles, a healthy age for these engines. Here are some more features: -Clean Title! -A/C works and blows cold, Heater works and blows hot! -All OEM stock interior Leather -New Toyota hoses for radiator lines -New toyota steel radiator lines -New NGK spark plugs -New Stage 3 Excedy clutch with 3000 miles on it (previous owner installed) -Motor is stock with no boost leak stock 10 pounds -New Starter -New Ignition coil This car is a blast though. I even had second thoughts as I was driving it tonight. It is fun, clean, and just generally kicks ass. As for the negatives: the valve cover gasket seems to have a leak. I really should just take care of this myself, but I have not yet. Do it yourself for $20 or take it to the mechanic for about $130. Either way a cheap fix. There is also some clear coat that is peeling off as you can see in the picture. You could repaint the entire car or just a new clear coat. I personally don't worry about it but with a new paint job I have seen these cars priced much higher. There is also some visible rust on the door. I have shown it in the picutres. It has been scraped down and I don't foresee this being a problem otherwise. Two of the tires are good, but the other two are getting worn. I haven't noticed anything other than these issues. The interior is in good shape. The seats are leather but have seat covers over them. They were fastened in by the previous owner pretty well, so I haven't destroyed them to see what the leather looks like. I will do this if there is an overwhelming response to do so. I personally don't see the need to but if ya'll would like it done I will try to get some pictures in the next few days. The previous owner had changed the timing belt and water pump within the last 40K miles, but did not have any paper work. This car drives really well, and really straight. I just bought a lifetime alignment from Firestone, though I am unsure if they will allow a transfer. In any case, it does not pull, or shake, or bob or weave. I have every confidence that this car can make it cross country, around town, canyon drives, whatever. I take pride in selling such a good vehicle for a fair price. There is no reserve so I hope that the auction process gives me the price that this car deserves. Please note that this car is being sold locally as well. Payment will be required within 7 days of auction close. Full payment via paypal requires an extra 3% because of PayPal fees. However, the deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close via paypal and will not require any additional fee. I can accommodate shipping if you make the arrangements. I can also arrange to pick you up at the Salt Lake City airport free of charge if you prefer to fly in. I am also willing to drive this car anywhere you would like for the price of gas and perhaps a nominal fee of $50 accommodations. However, this will have to work with my schedule and I will not likely be able to drive it until August, but the whole month of August I could probably work with.
