The City of Fernandina Beach is selling one (1) used 1993 Ford F-700 dump truck by means of a NO RESERVE auction. This truck was purchased from a FDOT auction about 8 years ago and was used by the City for maintenance on the City golf course. This truck runs and it is drivable. The dump bed operates like it should. This truck is in rough shape and should be considered POOR condition. A few issues were noted during a recent inspection and they are noted below: Roof has bad rust spots - there are holes in the roof Tires have good tread - but two are flat Multiple marker/clearance lights are out Headliner is hanging - needs removed or replaced Fuel cap is missing - duct tape is covering the opening now The seat is ripped Rear window handles are missing Front bumper, dump bed, etc. are bent/damaged Frame mounted tools boxes are damaged & missing doors The City of Fernandina Beach encourages all prospective bidders to inspect items prior to bidding.
