1972 Pontiac Grandville Convertible! Up for bid is my 1972 Pontiac GrandVille Convertible. This is 1 of only 2200 made and '72 is the last year before emissions started so the 455 4BBL runs like it was intended. It has a 3 speed automatic. The mileage just turned 100,000 and is all original. The car has some aging but structurally and mechanically it's as sound as it was 39 years ago. It has full power: power steering, seats, door locks, windows, brakes and power top. Air condition and heat work great. All gauges work as do all dash board and exterior lights. Tires are brand new, it has dual exhaust, top is in great shape and it has a glass rear window. This car is my daily driver and drives like a dream. I believe it has been garaged most of it's life because of the great condition it is in. It still has original factory undercoating, dashboard is mint - no cracking, seat stitching is open on driver's side but it is the original seat cover (always wanted to get it fixed but it didn't happen). The paint on the hood and trunk is faded and needs help but the there is no rust on this car that I can see; inside trunk is beautiful and the sides are in great shape. Everything works. This car draws attention everywhere it goes. With a little TLC this rare car will EASILY be worth twice as much as the reserve. If you have any questions call 516-250-7645.
