This nice Rover has been well kept and is a totally rust free Arizona daily driver. I have owned it a few years now and have had few of the typically blogged about Land Rover problems with it. When a light or something came on, I fixed it and made notes on the repairs and placed them with the owners manual for the next guy. I am very confident of its mechanical integrity and I am ready to pass it on to a new home. If you desire one of these trucks, this one came with all the factory options like 6 CD premium sound system, cell phone, sunroof and a LOJACK system and is comprable with the high priced dealer listings here on ebay.very OVERALL CONDITION: Very Good. SUSPENSION : The fancy but problematic air suspension system has been replaced with Emu struts and springs providing a significant lift making it a nice ride high above the street. The tires are at about 50% tread. DRIVELINE: The All Wheel Drive works fine with no problems and a smooth shifting transmission. ENGINE: Has never had any problems and runs smoothly passing the emsissions with flying colors. ELECTRONICS: Everything works consistently with no problems and it has no warning lights displayed at all after engaging drive. The AC and sound system work great. Seats, windows, sunroof and power mirrors etc. all work fine. (The items not functioning are the horn button and Cruise Control which I never used and have never bothered to fix.) INTERIOR: Is also overall very nice with good carpet, door panels and leather seats. The driver seat has some wrinkling and wear but is not cracked or anything. Unfortunately, the faux wood trim has many small cracks all around from the desert heat and is no longer perfect. One AC vent has also been lost but is easily replaced for a few dollars and easily snaps in. The headliner has been redone in felt with no sagging and looks good, but it does have some dents and creases mainly in the cargo area. If you desire a new perfect headliner they run about $500. EXTERIOR: The exceptional original beluga black paint has been obviously well maintained without fading and shines very very nicely. There are a few scratches and rock chips on the hood that could be air brushed and polished out, but It is the nicest 17 year old paint job I have ever seen. The only dents are limited to a few dime sized shopping cart dings. No rust whatsoever. OTHER: Shoot me an email for details.
