1983 CJ-8 Scrambler for sale! Beautiful paint and just waiting to be a show truck! We hate to get rid of her, but we move too often and just don't have the time to dedicate to maintaining her, and she just sits in storage instead of being shown off like she should. Purchased from the original owner. We've yet to find another Scramble with the same decals, making her even rarer! Don't miss your chance to get a rare Scrambler at a great price! 110,000+ plus miles, but had a full engine rebuild at 88,000. Five speed manual transmission, 4x4 with manual locking hubs. Powered by an AMC 279 cu in straight 6 cylinder engine. She's in great shape, brown metallic paint with light cosmetic body rust. It's been in storage for the past three years (we were living overseas, pretty much the only reason we are selling her), and needs a new alternator to get up and running. Otherwise its mechanically in great shape. The interior is all original, plus Best Top seat covers. White painted wheels wearing Bridgestone Duelers with a good amount of tread left, plus TWO full size spares on matching white rims! Buyer either picks up the Jeep or arranges for an autotransport.
