The Seller will not be responsible for the correct description, authentication, genuineness, or defects herein and makes no warranty in connection therewith. We will make every reasonable effort to disclose all known defects associated with each of our vehicles upon a Buyers request. Payment: Certified funds (money order, cashier check, bank check, credit card, or wire transfer) are the only acceptable form of payment. Feel free to contact us regarding our financing programs. Buyers are also responsible for paying a dealer fee of $499 plus any and all applicable taxes and fees for registration/title work. Deposit: All vehicles will remain for sale until a deposit of $1000.00 is received. Deposits must be received within 48 hours of offer. Please do not bid on an online auction or place a deposit on a vehicle unless you have full intentions of purchasing. We will not accept deposits so that you can continue to shop or "think about it”. Any deposits received will be refunded only at the Sellers discretion. Remaining Balance: Again, only certified funds or bank financing are acceptable. Balances must be paid with 7 days of initial purchase offer. Vehicles will not be released to any Buyer or Buyers Agent until balance is paid. Shipping: Luxury Motors will not be responsible for any costs related to the pickup, shipping, or inspection of any vehicle. We can help arrange for transport but the Buyer must be prepared to pay the transport carrier directly (C.O.D.). We will not arrange for any shipping overseas.
