With the Vortec 5.7L 350ci V8, she's got tons of horsepower and torque. As you can see, this performance has been enhanced a bit. The stereo system has also been upgraded over the last decade. It is a 1996 Chevrolet C/K 1/2 ton Silverado Z71 Extended Cab 4wd. It has a 5 speed manual transmission and 161k miles. You are looking at the original paint due to semi annual hand wax treatment. Fifty square feet of Dynamat Xtreme were installed under the carpeting, behind the back seat, and inside the sides of the cab when the custom speaker box was built and installed.The A/C blows very cold! Last summer brought a tune up on the air conditioning and a hose assembly was replaced due to a small leak. It works awesome even in the humid hot temps of Houston.During my last oil change, my mechanic found a leaking axle seal on the front passenger side. This is scheduled to be repaired July 15 or 16 at my cost. If someone would like to take delivery of the truck before this repair takes place, they may choose to either have the truck repaired by my mechanic on my account, or we will deduct the quoted $150 from the selling price of the truck and the buyer can handle the repairs as they see fit.
