Hello, up for auction is my 1996 gmc sierra z71 extended cab. 5.7L, automatic. The only reason I am selling is because I need a crew cab truck. I will be as descriptive as possible about what I know about the truck. Would be great for work, daily use, a kid's first vehicle, hunting vehicle, etc! It has normal wear and tear for a truck with 229,450 miles. It runs and drives very well, shifts well, etc. has power windows, locks, cruise, a/c-works good, tilt, bucket seats, console, tow package, high beam relay kit, sony cd player, dual exhaust ( no mufflers), seats have lumber adjustments, vent visors, fender flares, not factory ones( one or two have some latex paint on them, can be rubbed off easy), TOOL BOX DOES NOT COME WITH TRUCK Truck has Tahoe wheels on it now with tires that are about 40%, but also comes with the 4 original factory wheels that have about 10% tread left on them ...............you get both sets! I have NEVER seen this truck smoke before! All the doors open and shut well, It looks as though the hinge and striker bolts on the driver and pass side have been replaced before The bed looks very good, no big dents or scratches, tailgate opens and closes as it should. 4x4 works well As mentioned before, truck runs and drives well, but here is the list of things I know that either need some work, dont work, or something that needs noted: ( just trying to be honest !!!!!!!!!!!!) Power mirrors don't move in all directions abs light stays on, even though it stops well has usual rust on truck around cab corners and bottom of truck. see pictures. rust has been fixed before behind drivers door on extended cab area, and is starting to show through again. has a few scratches here and there as well as a small dent on pass rear (picture) and small spots here and there Truck caught on fire on pass. side becuase of a stupid bird nest! DID NOT cause damage to anything other than some insulation on some wires, that I repaired and the top of the dipstick looks and little melted but no major problems~ i was standing by the truck when i noticed it smoking and extinguished it quickly. Bottom valance on front by tow hooks is broken and about 1/2 is missing (picture) I am being as discriptive as possible but Truck will sell in as-is condition Please feel free to ask me any questions that you may have!
