It has a cast iron inline 6 cylinder engine with aluminum pistons, the valves are external and you can see and hear them purr. This engine known as the Norway 6 engine was used by oldsmobie and Scriptooth as well. The engine was overhauled by with new rings and lower end bearings Carburator has been likewise professionly rebuilt. The radiator has been totally recored. It has a stewar warner vacuum fuel canister a 3 speed transmission with reverse. Pedal and rod assembly to both rear wheels with an emergency brake. Amp and oil gauges. Headlight and 1 rear tail light with license plate lights. The top and interior are in very nice shape, the body is all metal including fenders that are near perfect. It has the rare steel wheels for safety and no rotten spokes. Tires have near new rubber. Was purchase from the estate of a long time Oregon owner, it was his dream car and he took great care of it. Over a very presentable and collectable Oakland that is a great parade car and fun to drive and should hold its value in the future is not increase. It had the sloping windshield design and it top opens up for even more ventilation. It is very roomy and Oakland claims 25 miles per gallon.
