1993 S10, short bed, 4x4, 4.3 V6, auto transmission, black exterior, black/grey interior with grey/blue panels in the seat. Starts reliably and quickly, runs, drives, shifts smooth, and stops good, but is being auctioned as mechanic special because engine makes ticking or light knocking noise (comes and goes), exhaust leak noise near right manifold, suspension driver side sometimes makes clunk noise over a bump, a/c hasn't been charged to know if it works, and no radio. There is some rust, primarily in the fender wells and rocker panels. The oil filter has been opened and inspected and the motor is not making metal. The 4x4 works in high and low and cruise control works. Clear title in hand. 211,4XX miles, I haven't checked the numbers but it looks to be original engine and transmission. It's all there, and other than described above, is functional, and for the price, it is a great starting point for someone who wants to restore one like original. I bought it last fall for my son with that in mind but it turns out he is not as interested in a project as I was and I don’t need one for myself. A deposit of $100 is due within 2 days of auction end and balance is due at possession within 7 days of auction end unless other arrangements are made.
