This auction is for my 1984 Dodge Rampage. It is truely a unique and rare little pickup truck- car. These trucks were only produced 3 years starting in 1982. This 1984 is last of the ones built. Acoording to Google searches only around 10,000 were ever produced. How many truely rust free examples are still out there? This Rampage was purchased around 4 years ago. Its original color was maroon with silver. It had NO dents or rust damage of any kind. The local Magistrate Judge in our area had purchased it and had started the restoration with the interior. He had the seats recovered, new carpet and misc other detail type items. We had it painted Sublime Green in base coat clear and added factory styled AAR Cuda striping with the word RAMPAGE replacing the AAR logo. The American Racing Thrust "type" wheels were purchased thru Ebay and new tires were added about 1k miles ago. It hasnt been driven more than 5k in the last 4-5 years. Recently it has had the following replaced: Refurbished head purchased thru Ebay with CBN resurfacing, new guides, 3 angle valve job and new seals . We installed new water pump and timing belt at that time. Fresh tuneup also. FelPro gaskets and BW ignition parts were used. New hoses , fuel filter amd other smaller items. Less than 1k miles ago we replaced the struts with new assemblies and also both axles with NEW ones. Also NEW AC compressor $200 was installed but never charged. Fresh brakes at that time. It could use a fresh frontend alignment. I also have several parts ordered thru Ebay over the years to include: back glass trim plate, bed rail inserts, new outside handles, armrests. license lamp covers and maybe other pieces I am forgetting about. The Rampage needs an owner willing to give it a new home. Its been a great little truck but its time to move on. It will need the AC charged up. The carb sometimes doesnt cooperate(idles a little rich). It has normal wear overall. Please note in the picture that the front bumper has been scraped a little so touch up will need to be done to be really nice. The hood has hood prop damage ( hate it happen- but I dont want you to have any surprises.) Not bad but noticable in one of the pictures. It hasnt been really detailed lately so you will be impressed with the paint. 3 years ago it won 2 trophies in a local show. It wasnt the nicest thing there but it was the most odd vehicle- The car is located in Williamson Ga at my moms house. This is where it is safely stored until it sells. she has the proper paperwork in hand. All payment must clear our bank before car will be released and due to scammers I cant offer a buy it now but I do reserve the right to end the auction early as the Rampage is listed for sale locally for $3500 obo. Cash payment in person will end this auction. NO joy riders will be allowed. This truck has been driven lightly and with no hot rodding so dont expect to test drive it hard. With the original purchase price, new basecoat clear paint, stripes and all NEW parts mentioned , I have around $5000.00 in this.
