Nice 86' 944 turbo with 124000 miles. Service records from the early 90's to date. Couple photos of the interior, one show's the original wheel and shift (included with car) and the others show a recent change to carbon fiber for both. Good things to mention about this car.... - Very Dependable...always starts right up at the flick of the key and motor runs very strong! - No Rust...Nice straight body, all panels line up like they should - Power mirrors, windows and sunroof all function like they should. Removable Roof Panel has no leaks! - New Timing belt, front Seals, Water pump, Temp Sensor switch and Fuel Pressure Regulator installed last summer by Porsche tech (5,000 miles ago) - Clutch has been replaced less than 15,000 - Newer Cap, Plugs and Wires - A/C Compressor replaced few years ago however recently stopped blowing cold air (?) - New under hood insulation with porsche graphic - Lindsey Racing Boost Enhancer ... helped a lot with the turbo lag these cars have - New CD Player w/mp3 hook up - New Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel and Shifter - New Clear front turn signal lens - Have original working radio, steering wheel, shift and amber signal lens to go with sale of car - New Custom indoor/outdoor Car cover included with storage bag - Authority Stage Two Chip Set (not installed) included with sale of car... suppose to add another 40+ hp - The gentleman who owned the car the longest passed away in his 70's with this car parked in his garage ... has not been abused and drives excellent for being a 25 year old car. Items that will need further attention ... my to do list if car does not sell... - Tires have good tread but are starting to show cracking on the sidewalls from age. - Just starting to hear at highway speeds a minor growl from the left rear wheel bearing - Could use new motor mounts...feel the typical vibration at low rpm's - Cracks on dash top - Little wear on the driver side seat bolster - after car sits for a length of time will find couple of spots of oil under car coming from pan gasket (minor) Obviously because of its age there is no warranty and a $250.00 deposit will be due at close of auction. He is the same gentleman that performed the belt service and has worked on my 928's in the past. Prior to this listing here on ebay I had no idea that this car was in a minor accident in 97' and either did my tech. Some areas of the car over the years were touched up or resprayed to fix stone chip damage however, I Can Not Find any signs of structural repair and the car drives like it should ... this is my 2nd 951 and am very familiar with them. will help with transportation if needed ... contact me
