I am listing this for my good neighbor that is retired and has alot of time on his hands ( We call him Father Time or Puddin ) and built this 1957 Jeep CJ5 from a Basket case to a dependable driver. No corners cut building this jeep. He has had it in his garage for 13 years ( He is maticulas but not Fast). A new speedometer has been installed so milage is as 0 which is what the engine has on it and most of the drivetrain also. Here is a list of things he has done to it: new primer surfacer & new paint ,NO RUST -79/81 3.8 V6 - new HEI Distributor - new ign switch -new carb - new water pump - new cam & lifters -new rod and main bearings -new timing chain and gears -new rings -valve job - new center force flywheel - clutch - pressure plate to bearing -new input shaft and sleeve - all new guages and speedometer - new heater and defroster hose and duct- new gas tank float-new rear 2x4 box tube bumper with flush mount reciever for trailer hitch- new chrome headers - 2 1/2 " duel exaust with new flomaster mufflers - new wilwood hyd master cylinder /clutch pedel & slave cylinder -duel brake master cylinder warn 8,000 winch w/ 100 feet 5/16 aircraft cable - 3 speed /w warn overdrive - tow bar - full roll cage -swing out spare tire carrier w / spare tire -warn lockout hubs -33 x 12.50 x 15 tires.
