This is a high mileage 5 series BMW. It does have transmission issues. Does not want to upshift. Used transmission installed several weeks ago did not fix the problem. The car is driveable. The engine is sound and does not leak oil. Used engine was installed in 2005 by a BMW certified mechanic. The engine does have less mileage. The AC and multiple CD changer are in working order. ABS cable is broken. Interior is in good condition. Some wear on the drivers seat upholstery. The exterior is in fair condition. The paint has some signs of wear and tear. Other small blemishes but no large dents. Straight car, never had body work. This car is not beat to death and would be a great, safe first vehicle. It would also make an excellent parts car.
