Hello, Thanks for looking at my auction. Up for sale is a 2003 Crown Vic "FULLY LOADED" and is road ready for emergency services, police, fire, etc.( AS OF NOW ALL EMERGENCY BLUE LIGHTS ARE DISCONNECTED AS PER EBAY RULES ) I am a Pa State Constable and i had bought this car from a police department from down south with the intensions of using it for constable services here in pa. The reason for me selling this car is that it is equipped with a "Smart Siren" and if i take the lightbar off (which still works,blue strobe) , i would have to reprogram the whole system in which i do not know how to do myself and nobody in the area knows how to do this as well. As a Constable, i cannot run any type of lights here in pa at all, and that is why there is a "Out Of Service" cover on the lightbar. This car for being a 03 is in very good condition with glossy white paint that is in excellent condition. There are very few chips,nicks,in the paint (very small ) and all the glass is in good condition with no cracks. There is some glue residue on the dash area of the car,and the drivers side mirror has some haze to it in the bottom right corner. The car runs,shifts and accelerates well and stops well with no vibrations at all. I do hate to get rid of this vehicle, but i cannot use any of the lights at all due to my job duties as a constable. All of the equipment WILL COME WITH THE CAR and if the new owner needs everything in working order ( lights etc. ), i can do this for you. All that is included in the sale is: 1. Federal Signal Lightbar( 6 Strobe,2 Take down lights on pass and driver side),2 blue lights in front,4 takedowns in front and a eight head amber directional signal in the back. Do not know the model number,but similar to the model number 581014-00004 2. Federal Signal Back Deck Lights ( Blue Strobes ) 3. Havis Shield Trunk Tray that slides out with the equipment mounted to it in the trunk area. 4.Setina Prisoner Cage (sliding window) with the (lower extension attached to it )(extra option) 5.ABS Pro-Gard Plastic back seat with the( lower floor extension attached )(extra option) 6. Motorola CDM 1250 Radio (Lowband) working with antenna. 7.Smart Siren SM (Controls all lights installed on the car). 8. In car Vidoe Patrol (vhs) Unit that is working. 9. I think the console is a pro-gard with the 2 cup holders and armrest. 10. Front headlight wig-wags. 11. 4 system strobe unit (2 in the front side markers, 2 in the rear tailights ) 12. Federal Signal (blue strobes) in the grill area,( needs a new power supply)1 13. The car also comes with a box of 28 long strobe lights,and 4 federal signal plug in fuses( picture included) 14. Electric shotgun mount (button by drivers side below headlight switch). 15. All antennas,power pack, storage bins, spare tire, ( no jack ) in the trunk also go with the vehicle. All equipment included with this vehicle "WHEN NEW" is approximately $ 7800.00. The clean trade in value on this vehicle with the miles is $ 3700.00 without the equipment. Everything DOES WORK properly as it should and the Motorola radio will need programed for your area,but it does work. This is a strong running car and should last for years of service if properly maintained. I have changed the oil using Castrol GTX along with Duralube,and the wiper blades also. The brakes are good on the car. The tires are about 40% , and a newer belt has been put on( police dept told me they had done that) This is a very good car and will be for the next owner.I have described this car to a T and there will be no surprises when you come to pick up this vehicle.
