This is a NICE Volvo. Title..........This Volvo was last registered in Rhode Island. In that state a vehicle over 10 years old does NOT receive a title. The original registration from the last owner serves as proof of ownership. You will receive that original registration, a proper transfer form, and a bill of sale with this car. It's Condition..........The engine runs smoothly with no skips, noises, or vibrations. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears, and all other mechanical systems seem to function properly. The parking brake does not hold. The interior is excellent. There are no badly worn, torn, or stained areas on the seats, carpets, or headliner. The leather seats are soft and comfortable. All other interior panels look excellent. The paint and body are excellent. There are no big dents, rusted areas, or serious scratches anywhere on the body. There are minor chips and small scratches here and there. The paint appears all original, and has an outstanding shine. Driving this Volvo is a smooth and comfortable experience. There are minor bumps and rattles, but no pulls or vibrations, and the ride is just as solid and stable as you would expect in a 98 Volvo sport wagon. While I do NOT represent this car to be in “like new” condition, or anything close to that, this is a very CLEAN, SOLID and DEPENDABLE wagon that will serve its new owners very well. I enjoyed my time test driving this car. Open the sunroof, turn up the stereo, head out to the highway, and enjoy the summer! Things you should know..........I try hard to accurately describe all of my cars. The description is the result of a 14 mile test drive over varied road surfaces and a visual inspection while the vehicle is parked. The non-functioning e-brake will prevent the car from getting a MA sticker, so MA buyers must agree to buy the car for off road use only.
