This 1988 Saleen Mustang is # 341 It is also a factory sun roof car & is 1 of 28 sun roof saleens in 1988. Car has 67K miles & all orginal except the rear shocks whick are Tokico shocks. Some of the most recent things i have done to improve the car is - New weatherseals everywhere, doors hatch - across firewall - door windows. New correct carlite windshield ( just like clear glass) New motor mounts - tie rod ends (all ford) New BBK h-pipe (off road) new dynomax stainless exhaust & mufflers. New GP monroe org. front struts. The rear gears are 3.55 Also i have taken the heavy racecraft coil spring off & replaced with eibach pro kit for a much better ride & the same ride height. Also just went ahead & put a new gray vinyl headliner with the best vinyl that you can buy. Had the eng. compartment upper & lower intake powder coated, lower was bead blasted & powder coated with clear. I done the valve covers & exh. manifords also. Also the gray faded vinyl stripes on ea. side are new from Performance autosport. New gray carpet. I have taken air box silencer out but i have & put in a K & N air fitler, the smog is disconnect but everything their. The radio is the correct, only for 1988 pioneer keh-6050 am/fm cassette player & BP 889 graphic equalizer with six speakers. This car even has the org. plug wires. Gear shift knob & the correct saleen steering wheel. Also the gray Flofit saleen seats. On Jun-05-11 at 17:15:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Just for anybody that don't know, Saleens have 4 wheel disc brakes with 5 bolt wheel pattern. The rear wheels are 16 x 8" and the fronts are 16 x 7" The cassette door is missing on radio. The rear quarter window's could be redone. I did them once & not happy. This car has no stone chips of any sort on front hood of bumper cover of the gound effects. Couple things more i forgot - new ford clutch cable & new speedometer cable.On Jun-18-11 at 15:33:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Rear quarter window's have been re-painted. No leak sun roof because of all new weather seals. new brake pads. All eng. gaskets were replaced as i don't like leaks. Fresh alignment & wheels balanced. Come & look & check the paint.
