63 Ford Galaxie 2 dr post, was 6 standard, not driven since 1978, found in a barn in northern ny, was a drag car and daily driver, the man used to run to the track with a 289 and change it to a 390 and race all day, then change it back and use it to go to work all week.it has a 302 4bbl c4 auto in it now and it runs great.he had the front fenders and bumper pinned on for fast removal. has et slots, tires fair, old though, diamond button tuck interior, has 6 point roll bar. i have no idea about certifying.frame great ,floors one patch, bottom quarters have rust starting to bubble,some nostalgia for the beginner, or as i would say low buck start, bid buy and have fun, very low reserve,call for more info jim 315-402-2468,of course no warrenty and buyer pays all shipping
