THIS IS A VERY GOOD RESTORATION PROJECT! Hi! I am selling my 1965 Mustang Coupe. Please read entire post before bidding. This is a 1965 Mustang Coupe, it has 110,000 miles on the body. The car does run and drive but IS NOT road worthy. This was a barn find I purchased back in the winter to do my own restoration, but sadly have realized I don't have the time ot do it. The engine is a factory V-8(289) car but currently has a 200 straight six in it. It has a factory automatic transmission. The Good: All glass is good; the cowl area is ing great shape; interior is in great shape; rear floor pans look good; shock towers are good; has original AM radio; good radiator; new starter; new solenoid; new fuel tank; undercarriage of the car looks pretty good. Comes with 16" Pony Wheels from a '91 G.T. (5 lug) Things that need attention: Front floor pans are bad (not "Fred Flintstone" bad, but need replaced; Driver side door interior panel needs replaced; Interior of trunk needs work (just on sides); Missing passenger side heal light bezel; it has the old black carpet so that would need replaced. The Bad: Needs brake work; needs new wheel lugs (they need to be long to make up for the inset on the Pony Wheels)
