If you have been looking for a nice Honda Element and would love to have the Ex model with a 5-speed then you need to take a very close look at my 2003 rust free Florida 2wd model that has been well cared for inside and out. These Element's are fun cars to drive and they are ultra dependable Honda's that get great gas mileage. These cars will go 250k miles with very few issues, that along with their great gas mileage has made them favorites for years. This honda is a true rust free Florida car that has a clean Autocheck report showing no accidents or problems and it is a local Ft.Myers car as well so it has always been out of the snow and salt of the north and it shows. There is No rust and even the underside looks near new, you won't see that on a northern vehicle so any maintenance done in the future will be less costly with no corrosion or rust problems to deal with. This car looks great inside and out and drives nice and tight just as a well cared for Honda should. The exterior is in great shape with a nice deep Honda shine and no dents, fade or rust. On the front bumper is a small scuff about two inches long, that's it. The plastic body panels look new and the factory aluminum wheels with matching tires too are in great shape. The interior looks great as well and there are no stains, rips or odors and all the options work great including the ice cold air conditioning and CD stereo. There are no broken or missing plastic pieces and a just a bit of normal wear on the driver's seat. There is LOT'S of head and legroom in this car both front and rear and lot's of storage area in the rear as well. It feels big inside. Look close at the pictures, it looks every bit this nice in person. What a fun car to drive! The peppy V-tec 4cyl engine has plenty of power and it delivers great gas mileage. This car with the smooth shifting 5-speed will save you bundle at the gas pumps! This is a great first car, high school, college or family car with it's good size, dependability and economy. It runs smooth as new and the brakes too are smooth as is the transmission and suspension with no shakes or rattles. You should expect countless more miles from this Element EX and being a well cared for, rust free, accident free Florida Honda you are sure to fall in love. And in this shape you will be in love for a very, very long time! I have two keys and the factory books. All vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the miles on these older cars, I will. Payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. A $300 deposit is required on all vehicles and is non-refundable. Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized reciept proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit and will NOT be charged twice. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. There is NO sales tax collected for out of the country purchases. Buyer assumes the cost of shipping. All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens but in rare occasions there could be a delay in title transfer due to bank delays from loan payoffs.
