Power convertible top, automatic transmission, 4 cylinder motor, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control, automatic climate control, factory cassette stereo and alloy wheels with near new tires! I even have the original window sticker! Over $21,000 when new! This Celica is a very clean, low mileage car and is well worth fixing. I bought it making a pretty good ticking sound at the top end of the engine with the intention of fixing it myself. I had a mechanic look at it and his opinion was something in the valve train area. Why with only 61,000 miles? I honestly don't know. I did drive the car around a bit first, the transmission shifts excellent and it handles very well. All the power goodies are working, even the original cassette stereo w/power antennae! Other than the ticking, it felt like a 61,000 Toyota Celica should feel!  Well, I got started tearing her down, but my time will not allow me to finish it and I don't feel like spending the money on a mechanic. I have way too many other things on my plate and am too short on extra cash! Of course, you cannot drive it away the way it is, it will have to be towed or trailered. I do have some connections that could bring it maybe as far as Atlanta GA for about $600.00 or you can come get it yourself. I give you my word that this car drove great with no transmission problems.   Just as pretty in person! Invest a little bit and have a great car that would last you for many years! Deep shiny paint and no rust or fading! The color is a light blue metallic. Bought new at Schlesinger Toyota in Glendale WI.  This GT was only driven in the good weather as evidenced by the low miles and rust free condition. Even the underside is still nice! Factory alloys with near new 185/70/13 radials. Just as nice inside with very little wear and not even a smokers car!   All I could find to mention is the drivers seat needs some attention. It appears this car was driven around town, getting in and out of it alot.   No winter salt damage! In the paperwork, I have a record of the original owner have it all rust protected. Of course, I have all the required parts. I got as far as getting the timing belt off. It was the original belt, so I would have replaced it regardless. Original window sticker! Check out the fuel economy- 32 mpg highway! Tops in great shape too! Just a couple small holes in the seams from folding. It has not been leaking on the inside, so a bit of silicone and your good to go!
