So bid strong, bid with confidence, and have a good time! If you're wanting an awesome and mean sounding toy to cruise this Summer, then I'd suggest coming out and having a look at our Torino. It is very solid, original, and complete. All she would take is a simple tune up and a little brake work then she would be good to go. Basically one afternoon of time and you could have yourself a very nice toy that won't cost you 30k dollars. This Torino was purchased from what we believe to be the second owners. They actually owned the Torino for approximately thirty years. It has been through one repaint and as you will see, she does shine out beautifully. Engine & Mechanical: We believe that the Torino does retain its original 351 Cleveland which still runs very strong. I can hop in it today and go. It does however need a tune up. The transmission still shifts out smoothly and is also in good working order. As you will notice, the Torino does retain its original AC setup as well as the power steering and power brake setup. This Torino does have front disc's with drums in the rear. It also retains its original Ford 9 inch rear end which is also in good working order. Body: The body on this Torino is very solid. The trunk, floors, frame rails, rockers, hood, fenders, rear sill, roof, even the quarters, they are all very solid. There is some very minor blistering starting to appear on the drivers side quarter but that could easily be repaired. The Torino does have all of its original chrome with the exception of the passenger side wheel housing chrome. As you will notice, the Torino has been through one repaint which still shines out very nicely. Interior: The interior within the Torino is in good shape. The dash has no major cracks or blemishes. The seats are in good shape with no stains, blemishes, or tears. The door panels both front and rear are also in good shape. The headliner as you will see is also still in good shape. It would easily take four times what we are asking to build this Torino. I will gladly listen to all reasonable offers and should the right one come along then I will in fact sell the car early as we do have it for sale "locally".
