This vehicle has not been used as a commercial truck. It was used to haul the kids bikes to the desert. We have replaced it with a 5th wheel toy hauler. It is very clean and has never been wrecked or driven hard. The title is clear. Currently it is registered in California as a motor home thus, we don't pay DMV the weight fees. If you want it can be licensed commercially DMV would love your money. There is one small bad spot in one of the panels of the roll up back door - kids. This vehicle has been serviced locally every 3000 miles. My wife is 5'02, 99 pounds and has no problem driving it. It got better mileage than my suburban on a recent trip to Humboldt. It has never been smoked in. Very Clean, inside and outside. Straight body, all the lights work. Would be a great truck / van for someone starting a business such as gardening, handy man, moving, landscaping, construction, plumbing, delivery, or for just keeping your tools dry and safe. The inside height is approx 76 1/2" The dimensions on the rear roll-up door is approx. 71 1/2" high by 60" wide. The engine is a V-8 gas, I am not sure which engine, I think it is the 5.7 and not the 7.4. I will try and find out. The lift gate is also aluminum, 1600 lbs. The lift is very nice, works, easy to use. If the truck is bought locally, the tires have free flat repair and tire rotation. The battery warranty is through any Wal-Mart.
