1965 Ford Galaxie 500, 4 Door. Runs and drives, stops like it should. Only option besides automatic transmission is airconditioning. The airconditioning line rotted thru as seen in the pictures but the compressor is still hooked up and turns fine. I think it needs a new line and charged but I dont know much about airconditioning. Vehicle has factory AM radio and it works, all four wheel covers and a spare wheel cover in the trunk. Tires have good tread but they are getting older I cant see any dry rot on them. All four brake wheel cylinders have been replaced recently. Engine does not smoke, has had all new fan belts and radiator bottom hose replaced along with the water pump, thermostate and a new rear main seal installed. There is some rust in the left passanger quarter panel, it can be fixed. The frame and floor pans are NOT rusted. Drive it into town about 10 miles each way once in a while and have no problems with it at all. The car is licensed with Missouri Antique license plates. I am on the road for work and havent had time to do anything more with the car so I have decided to sell it, this was the type car I leared to drive on when I was a kid. The car shows 43500 miles I am guessing because of its age its 143,500 but the car has a 390ci 4bbl carb in it. Thank you and good luck bidding.
