For sale is my 2009 Honda CBR 600RR w/ABS and only 935 miles on it. I bought this motorcycle brand new last summer. My plan was to break it in and start doing track days this summer. In between then and now, my wife got pregnant and the track days will not be happening anytime soon. I've tried using it strictly as a commuting bike, but that's not what this bike is made for so I have bought a commuter and need to sell this one. It really is a great bike and I took great care in breaking it in properly. Speaking of which I have the papers from where I had the break-in service performed at the local Honda dealer. I also purchased a transferable 5 year Honda Protection Plan (4 years and 1 month remaining). There is only one blemish on this bike. Last fall, I strapped a backpack onto the passenger seat and one of the backpack straps fell over the back and came to rest on the exhaust cover. It melted the strap and the little of the plastic cover on the exhaust. The little plastic piece would be easy tor replace, it just wasn't a big deal for me at the time. THE GOOD Combined ABS (if you want to see how wonderful this is, go to youtube for some impressive video of the Honda ABS in action) Great Bike (handles like a dream...great sport bike) Almost new (only 935 miles) Break-in service done 4+ years remaining on warranty THE NOT SO GOOD Partially melted plastic exhaust cover (see pictures) I wouldn't suggest it for communting (that is unless you are moving all the time...mine was stop and go so I didn't do it long) This is for local pick-up only.
