Vehicle Detail

Beautiful 1967 Corvair Monza Convertible with factory A/C “NO RESERVE” Up for your consideration and at no reserve is this very nice looking and rare 1967 Corvair Monza Convertible with factory A/C, serial # 105677W126857. This Corvair Monza is in nice condition and has the GM horizontally opposed air cooled 110 hp 6 cylinder motor with a 2 speed automatic transmission. The car looks good as you can see from the many pictures supplied. It is white color with black top and black/red interior. The paint is not new but is still in nice driver quality condition. The black and red interior is also in very clean and nice condition. The car has had red velour inserts added to help eliminate burning seats when the top is down. The convertible top is in nice overall condition with the exception of a small tear in the drivers side about an inch or so. The back window is also starting to come loose in the upper corner. This Monza has a nice set of 185/80/13 white wall radial tires including the spare. The car is equipped with the upgraded mag style wheel covers, factory “working” a/c, tinted windows, telescopic wood steering wheel, bumper guards, auxiliary lighting, and an aftermarket classic radio with cassette (original am radio included). Also included are the owner’s booklet and the protecto plate. The odometer is working and currently showing 75,6xx miles at this time. Mechanically, the car runs and drives great for a 44 year old classic. This Monza convertible looks, runs and drives very nice and seems to get the attention everywhere you go. With our current economy, the collector car market can be a great place to invest your funds for future growth. If this old Corvair is kept in its current condition, it should do nothing but increase in value. To sum it up, this is a real nice 44 year old collector car with solid floor pans, trunk pan and the body shows very nicely. There is no sign of rust on the body of the car but there is some rust showing from the underside of the car where the rocker panels are. This is not in the painted portion of the rockers but actually underneath the car. The interior is a bit faded but extremely clean. I believe this car is and will be an excellent investment opportunity while also being an enjoyable piece of history that you can drive and enjoy turn key. This Corvair Convertible belongs to and is being sold by a friend of mine that has asked for my computer help advertising it on eBay.
