1992 Ford Taurus SHO 5 Speed with 130,000 miles Car runs and drives but engine stalls sometimes when coming to a stop and intermittently check engine light turns on and off after car comes to temperature, stutters for 15 seconds or so and then clears (warmer the car gets the more the intermittent problem occurs). Not sure if it's a sensor problem or ECU? Going to sell as a parts car because of these issues. In addition if you want to restore it then will also need all of the following; -Entire car could use Paint (also must have run over some fresh yellow line road paint at one time see passenger side picture - not sure if that can be buffed off) -Cruise control was sticking when applying brake so I disabled it -Wheel bearings (have 2 new replacement front bearings that I will include parts with the car) -Interior -Power antenna does not work -Speakers -All Seats need to be reupholstered -Headliner -Clutch -Sunroof motor (sunroof opens up but will not slide back – needs new sunroof motor) -Ac & Heating do not work and buttons on the a/c & heater control panel cracked -Rear Main Seal (car smokes because oil drips on engine and catalytic converter which causes smoke when it's hot) -Oil Pan Gasket -Oil Pan Bolt Plug stripped out; currently have a screw in rubber plug (oil plug whole will need to be rethreaded) -Rack and Pinion -Brakes stick & ABS Light Stays On (may be a brake caliper as I've changed the master cylinder a few years ago) -Spare Tire Not Included -Alignment -Antifreeze leak (need to fill overflow tank every couple of weeks) -Rust hole in trunk see picture of bottom of car (trunk has small water leak) -Left Front Tire worn on inside -Small Exhaust Leak -Idler Pulleys -Body Bushings -Left Wheel Center Cap Also, ignition works but sometimes when I remove the key still hear the door chime as if the door is open with key in ignition (believe that the ignition lock may have to be replaced in the future). New Replacement Parts within the last year -CV Joints -Battery -TPS Switch -Tie Rods -Valve Cover Gaskets -Plenum Gasket -Fuel Pump -Spark Plugs -Spark Plug Wires -Mass Air Flow Sensor -Alternator -Coil * Car Sold As Is - I'm not a mechanic so not sure if the car has more issues.
