You are bidding on a used 1982 Isuzu diesel pup pickup. This truck has been off the road since 1992. After changing the motor oil and filter. Then draining the fuel tank and replacing the fuel filter it cranked up right away. It ran smoothly and idled evenly. This is a 5 speed transmission. I drove it through the gears in the field that is pictured and it shifted smoothly. Since it has been off the road since '92 it will need brake work, all rubber hoses replaced and master brake cylinder. All of the tires are dry rotted and are not road worthy. The water pump will also need replacing since the bearing is stiff from sitting. The body on the truck has hail damage on the hood and roof. There are two rust holes behind the fender wells inside the bed. This is a long bed truck. The interior is rough and sun faded from sitting. The seat would need to be replaced and the inside could use a good cleaning. Odometer reads 112612 but I do not know if it is the actual mileage. Unfortunately I will have to let go of this truck since I have to many projects and not enough time. The would make a good restoration project ot the engine would be a good transplant for a trooper. Pickup can be stored here for a few months but the total payment must be made within 7 days. It is located in the dry texas panhandle. Please see ALL pictures before bidding.
