This auction is for my 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 2 door hardtop. This is an original EV2 hemi orange, black vinyl top, deluxe black bench seat interior car. It does have the original fender tag, numbers matching engine and a date correct 727 torquflite transmission. The car was restored back in the 90's and there is some light bubbling on the lower quarters and drivers fender. The car retains all of its original body panels and is a nice 20 footer the way it is. With a lottle effort, the body would look very nice. There is no rust out on this car. It has very clean floors, frame and trunk. The center of the trunk will need to be repainted due to some moisture getting in there and surface rusting the pans. Overall the car is fairly straight and has nice paint though. The interior is in nice driver quality shape with good seat covers, carpet and headliner. The steering whell has a few cracks and so do the headrests. It has an am radio and no tic toc tach. All of the trim is in nice shape and the bumpers have nice chrome on them. The car did have the 489 case 355 rear end rebuilt in 2009 , so that is still fresh. I have driven this car around locally for the last month or so and it rides well, has plenty of power and shifts hard. Turn key driver or nice cruise in car with a little work. I may be interested in some mopar trades, but I would like to cash out on this car. Low reserve, cheapest turn key 70 road runner on ebay.
