Up for auction is my 1990 Miata. I am third owner of the car. It was bought new in Birmingham, Al and owned by the same family until 2009. The car was parked in their garage due to a bad cam angle sensor. The second owner purchased the car replace the sensor and completed a timing belt replacement to include all new hoses and water pump. The car has only 91,602 miles on it of which I have driven about 3,000. The car is ready to do an needs nothing. I added a set new 15" Chapperal wheels and tires from R Speed when I bought the car. I replaced the belt molding between the doo and window. The top is in great shape as is the zip down back window. It was paint by the previous owner before it was parked. The car is really nice and has not been abused. It is a true survivor that has always been garaged kept. You just don't find these early Miata in such clean shape. This would make a great car someone's graduation or first car. The A/C even blows cold. I hate to get rid of the car but I need to make room for another project. The only flaw that I can find with this car is a small amount of body work that was done the right front fender when it was painted. Evidently the daughter of the original owner damaged the fender backing the car out of the garage. When the car was painted it was not repaired a well at the rest of the car. It is hard to detect but in the interest of full disclosure I wanted to mention it. Please email if you have any questions. The car may be inspected if you wish just email me. The car's history as listed on the site shows 5 owners. This is technical true but I want to be clear. The original owner and his wife bought the car in 1989 in Birmingham then their oldest daughter drove the car to school in NC where she titled the car in 2000. She returned to Alabama where it was once again titled back to the original owner. They moved to Spanish Fort where the where it was parked until it was sold to the man I bought it from. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood that infact the car was owned by the same family from 1989 until 2010.
