INTRODUCTION Up for auction is my 2010 Mustang Shelby Cobra GT 500. It is and has always been stored in a climate controlled garage under cover. It has never seen rain. It was purchased brand new on 11/3/2009 from Kenny Ross Ford in Adamsburg, PA. It was moved to my house at the beach in a covered trailer. It has 169 actual miles on it today. (I might drive the car a little during the week but will keep the mileage under 250 by auction end) This car is brand new in every way except that the warranty started on the delivery date. It has never been wrecked, dented, touched up, flooded, abused, smoked in, ate in, drank in. It has been waxed several times. This is a no excuses, no hidden agenda and no problems car. This car is still under factory warranty for 4 more years or 60,000 miles. That includes roadside assistance. The original out the door price on this car was $55,057.40. WHY IT IS BEING SOLD? I have acquired a 1950 Jaguar convertible and need the climate controlled garage space where this Cobra is sitting to store my new (old) car. My loss is your gain. SPECIFICS ABOUT THIS CAR This car has all the standard equipment like, power everything, remote locks, leather trimmed seats, z rated tires, ABS, air bags, cruise control, tuned stainless steel exhaust, 9 psi supercharger and SVT tuned suspension. It has the supercharged and intercooled 5.4-liter 32-valve V8 engine that delivers 540 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is mated to a TREMEC® 6-speed manual transmission. With all that power, you’ll want brakes that are up to the task. That's why 14-inch Brembo vented rotors with Brembo four-piston calipers up front are standard. The crowning touch – aggressive 19" premium painted forged aluminum wheels. This car has the optional Accessory package that includes a factory Shelby custom fit car cover.
