You are welcome to do an inspection on the car if desired at the prospective buyer's expense. Purchasing instructions: I require a $500 deposit by Paypal to secure the transaction within 48 hours of the auction ending. The balance will be due in full when the car is delivered or before and within 14 days of the auction ending by either cash or verifiable bank/cashier's check. If the transaction does not come to a conclusion within 14 days of auction close, the deposit becomes non-refundable. I DO NOT offer any type of financing. You must obtain financing on your own through your bank or credit union. Funds will be verified before release of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for paying Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax of 0.2524231% (amounts to about $25 per $10,000.00), Texas Automobile Sales Tax (6.25%) and registration fees at time of sale to 1012 Motorcars. I do not charge any other documentation fees, handling fees, etc. I will register the car and get the license plates and registration documents to you within 21 days of the finalized sale. If you reside outside Texas, you will be responsible for registering and paying taxes in your own state and will not have to pay Texas sales tax or registration.
