This car was originally purchased as a driver with a bad head gasket on the factory 2.5 NA engine. It was completely gutted and stripped down for a thorough restoration and drivetrain upgrade. A wrecked 2002 WRX was acquired as a donor car for the complete engine/drivetrain conversion. The end result is a classy looking second generation Legacy with a factory backed power boost with an emphasis on reliability and usable every day comfort. From it's rebuilt heads to it's brand new OEM shortblock with 1 year factory warranty, this car's powertrain should be ready for years of reliable daily driver duty.
