2008 Cadillac CTS w/1SA for sale. Vehicle was purchased in November 2010 with just over 8,000 miles on it. The CTS had around 8,075 miles on it with a California Salvage title when it arrived. I had a local mechanic go through the vehicle and had the state of illinois safety inspection done in March of 2011. I have put just over 3,000 miles on the CTS since it arrived here in November. It runs and drives very well. I had originally planned on restoring the CTS but I have not done as much as i had planned so I'm selling it. The carfax/autocheck states it has not been in an accident but it has. The right front quarter panel, bumper and rocker arm have all been replaced. A few of these items are on my fit/finish list they were done okay but not to my standards or Cadillac's. The 2008 Cadillac CTS has the ultraview sunroof, power seats (Driver & Passenger), heated seats (Driver & Passenger), Leather Seats, Bose Speaker System, Keyless Entry, Traction Control System, Cruise Control, CD Player & More. I've seen 08' CTS's selling from $21K - $29K. I'm looking to sell it for what i have into to it. Any reasonable offer at or around $15,000.00. I will sell it. If you want to test drive it or need a video of the car I would be happy to start it and video it so you can see it via video. The only issues that would need to be addressed are a fit a finish concern with the front right quarter panel, front light head light and the plastic body panel underneath the door. The fit and finish issues are uneven gaps. These are all cosmetic and i've taken photos so you can see the finish issues. Mechanically the vehicle is sound, runs and drives well with no issues with the exception of the fact the A/C condenser was not installed after the accident I have an air conditioning condenser that I picked up off a  2009 Cadilac CTS with only 1500 miles. I'm including it with the price. I would be happy to provide receipts for all work i have done to the car. I have the salvage title for the vehicle in hand. The CTS is still being driven so the mileage may be closer to 12,000 miles versus 11,508 as shown in the photo. It's generally driven about 20 miles a day. $500.00 deposit required within 48 hours of the winning bid. Each state, country and province have different laws regarding salvage title vehicles. In addition, I would check with your auto insurance provider that they will insure a salvage title vehicle. I've been asked what i would do the CTS if i was to keep it, I would do the following: 1. I would have the body shop fix the passenger side front quarter panel fitting properly as well as the front grill, right hand side headlight, front bumper and the lower fearing on the driver side. They are just not at factory level fitting. The gaps are wider than what a new CTS has off the line. I would want to have everything as close to manufacturer specs as possible. 2. I would have the air conditioning condenser installed, charged and repaired back to factory levels. I have a condenser just not installed so no a/c. 3. I would have a navigation system installed. 4. Finally, I would have the vehicle detailed, buffed and waxed and register it as a rebuilt title vehicle in Illinois. I hope that this information proves helpful in your bidding. The 2008 Cadillac CTS i have for sale drives fine. No issues braking, turning, etc. It has a solid ride. It has been safety inspected. No dashboard lights on. All electronics work including radio, heat, heated seats, sunroof, sun shade, windows, power locks, etc. 2. I'm willing to have the vehicle shipped to your location at your expense. I will work with any shipper or transporter you send my way. If you don't have one you can look one up on uship.com or google a local transporter. The Cadillac will need to be paid for in full prior to leaving on any transporter. 3. The title is a California Salvage Title. I'm selling it as is. 4. I have one 2008 black leather owners manual including the 2008 limited warranty and owners assistance information, customer convenienc/personalization guide and the 2008 owners manual several hundred pages. These are not PDF's. All hard copies. 5. I have one key with the key fob. It locks, unlocks, releases the trunk and has a panic button.
