We're moving and have to sell our Chili Red Mini Cooper convertible. Car has been mostly local driven with only occasional highway. Low 5k miles means the warranty will go farther. We have the extended warranty, 6 year or 100k miles bumper to bumper warranty, PLUS a 5 year warranty on the run flat tires. That means there's 3 years you don't have to worry about tires, and 4 years of service and maintenance are covered by Mini. Car has only one issue, that is the seatbelt tensioner is too lose and the kids ended up slamming the door on the belt buckle, causing some damage to to the interior of the door (pic included). I brought this up with mini and they said there was an issue with the tensioner and said they replaced it. The problem is still there. I haven't had time to pursue this with them, but it seems to me that they should repair this free of charge. Aside from that, there's little door ding from some heartless individual. I have cover king neoperene seat covers on the front seats (which are mini compatible for seat air-bags), and there's seat covers in the back for the kids. I've had the car detailed last year. There's also mini branded rubber mats. There are also mini reverse sensor installed so you don't run over anything when backing up. It's a great fun summer ride, we paid over $31k for it new.
