Please read entire auction before bidding. Thanks I am listing this for a friend. It is not my car I am just helping them sell it. They bought it to save on gas which it does just fine, but they don't like driving stick, so it is for sale! I recommend you come see it in person. Yes this is a $1.00 No Reserve Auction. There is a $250 Deposit due at the end of the auction within 24 hours. The deposit is non refundable. Cash due at the time of pickup. Must be picked up and paid for with in 7 day from the end of auction. I will help with shipping, but winner pays all extra costs! For sale locally as well, so I will end early if sells. 1997 Geo Metro, 3 cylinder, 5 speed. starts right up. Runs good and drives down the road good. It has good compression in the motor, no leaks. Does not run hot or anything. These cars do not have power steering or A/C. Manual everything. It has been maintained pretty good. Has new clutch and timing belt and the belt has been changed along with the pads and rotors. It has 2 new CV boots, the rear half of the exhaust is new. New cylinder head. All this has been done with in the past year. The trans fluid was change also. The exhaust is a little load right now, they should have it fixed but if not I want to mention so there are no surprises. The frame around the A-Arms is real solid, no major rust. Car was repainted when they first got it cause the old paint was faded bad. It looks decent. The dash is faded and the headliner is bad. Typical on these cars. Everything seems to work fine on it. There is a nice CD player in, sounds decent. Gets about 48 miles to the gallon on the highway. Depends on driving habits. Tires are good, they don't match but still good and get the job done. Car looks good and does what it is supposed to do. It has some normal wear and tear and some dings here and there, but hey its 14 years old. Cheaper then a Hybrid and better milage!! To be sold as is. You win you buy. Don't bid if you don't have the cash!
