1994 GMC Suburban 8 Passenger The Good This Suburban runs great, drives nicely and has a bumpin' Kenwood stereo system with remote control. One of the previous owners lowered it properly with drop spindles and rear spring and shock adapters. It has a nice set of Centerline wheels and all the accessories work. I recently had is smogged, so new owner won't have to if he/she registers it within a month or so. It has a nice "throaty" sounding exhaust system on it. I have the clear title in hand. The Bad It has the typical sun damaged clear coat that most new vehicles suffer from when parked outdoors regularly. The interior looks like some one ate all their meals in it and spilled most of them. The carpet and upholstery need a good shampooing. There is a rip in the driver's seat. The windshield has a crack in it. (I priced a new one, and was quoted $180, installed). The headliner cloth was torn and hanging down on the driver's head. I cut the cloth from the front section (foam still in tact), see picture. Sometimes the starter just clicks, but it has never failed to start right up second try. One of the previous owners installed a chrome trim package on the dash, as well as under the hood. The engine seeps a little oil around the valve covers, so it's not obvious that they are chrome valve covers. (I have only noticed one small spot of oil on the ground after it sat for several days). It has 151K original miles on it. With a good cleaning and a paint job, this vehicle would look great. This vehicle is also up for sale locally, I reserve the right to end the auction early.
