1953 Chevy Gasser Engine/Drivetrain: Chrysler 440 Bigblock, tunnelram with 2 new Edlebrock 750 carbs, Mopar Performance 509 Purple cam, electric fuel pump, fenderwell headers with cut-outs, and sidepipe mufflers, line lock, ladder bars. Hurst 4spd. Interior: Everything in interior is new except for headliner. Seats and door panels redone in black and gold metalflake vinyl diamond pleats. New carpet and package tray. Entire floor, and trunk area painted with epoxy sealer (POR 15). Rear seat has 3 seat belts and front seats have racing lap belts. Dash repainted black. All glass good but the passenger vent window is cracked. Factory radio delete. All new handles inside. Exterior: No rot or rust. Body mounts and underside solid. Rear wheel wells radiused. No front bumper. Rear bumpers are original chrome drag car push bars from the 60's. Painted suede black and flamed 5 1/2 yrs ago. Have uncut hood with matching paint job also. Also have beltline moulding to go with car. Wheels/Tires: Fronts are 14 X 41/2 Torq Thrust style with BFGoodrich bias-plys. Rears are 8.5" Hurst Piecrust Cheater slicks mounted on OEM style chrome reverse that are direct bolt on NOT unilug ! Misc: This car runs 7.90's in the 1/8 mile and 12.80's in the 1/4 mile. Street legal driven car ! I do drive this car as much as i can weather permitting of course.
