You are bidding on a rare BMW Z3 M Roadster. There were only 15,000 of the M roadsters built between 1998 and 2002 and this includes production for both North American and European markets. There are many differences between the standard Z3 and the M roadsters. A few including a much more powerful 3.2 L engine with 240 HP and 236 foot pound of torque with 4 valves per cylinder. The M uses the ZF type C5 speed manual gearbox and has the E36M3 4 wheel ventilated disc brakes both front & rear. The M has 7.5 X17 in. wheels in the front and 9 X17in. rear. The body has wide fenders and dual exhaust. If you are interested in the many other differences between the standard Z3 and the M just email me. Our M roadster is in very good condition. It starts, runs and drives like a new car. The car was just serviced by Fields BMW in Daytona Beach.The color combination of this M roadster is Cosmos black with a rare red & black Nappa leather interior. I'm told that BMW only used this color combination for the 98 M for this year only. The car is loaded with options like power folding top, cruise control, power & heated seats, full gauges including oil temp. , 6 disc CD player to name a few. The car also comes with both the boot cover for the top and the mechanics fender apron. Also has a new K&N air filter. The only thing that needs attention is the drivers seat. It will go back & forward but not up & down. I have talked to people on line and they seem to think it's something in the wiring harness. I purchased a new harness and it will come with the car. This is a high performance machine that will still get about 24 MPG in city driving. This is a very fast car and it gets fast very quickly. I would not recommend this car for a young persons first car. A $500.00 non refundable deposit by pay pal is due within 48 hours of end of auction with balance due within 7 days of end of auction by way of bank cashiers check or bank money order, all funds must clear before the car is picked up.
