This 1963 Ford Galaxie convertible is a rust free car that has only been driver 1K mile's since 1984. The engine is a 289 with a 2 barrel carb. It is a rust free car but not perfect as it needs a clean up, which includes engine compartment & also eng. needs a general tune which would include plugs, points & plug wires & the valve's need set as their is a couple ticking. This car has been covered & in a nice insulated garage for many years. Previous owner before 1984 was great for using oil to keep things from rusting in which it did, but is very messy & also is part of the cleanup. The top has two spots on each rear corner, the dash pad has a crack, & the front bumper has peeling on the drivers side. All glass is in excellent condition. The bias ply tire in trunk is the orginal. Also the tires on the car are bias ply but not the org. tires. The paint is still very nice & could use a good compounding & polish. Everyone is welcome to come & look at this car. If you see it & how solid it is you will buy. The reserve is very realistic.
