This 1967 Datsun Roadster was last registered in 1988. It has a removable custom hardtop and has convertible soft cover is included. Also includes custom jack and owners manual. The registration was not renewed because of a change smog check requirements in 1989. (Smog check requirement has been lifted since then.) At the time it was last used, it was in good condition, oil was fresh, tires were brand new, the engine ran fine. The pistons, clutch, brakes and transmission worked well. Everything was running fine then but it is not running now. The vehicle has been parked in a garage for 23 years. Since the garage is pretty old, the Datsun has been exposed to weather conditions which has created some rust on the chrome, especially the grille, and the dampness of a canvas cover has mottled the finish in various places. It will take quite a bit of restoration to get it operable since California smog has a way of deteriorating rubber. The wheels are locked and the car can not be rolled. It will take a winch and a flatbed to move this classic car out of an easy access garage space. The Datsun will be sold as is, at the source.
