WORRIED ABOUT DOING YOUR OWN 6-BOLT SWAP? ALWAYS WANTED A 'JOHN SHEPARD' STAGE I TRANS? THIS CAR'S ALREADY GOT BOTH.....AND IT DOESN'T LOOK RIDICULOUS. IT LOOKS STOCK WITH SLEEPER STATUS. ***UPDATE***The first two photos in the stack are quite old and were taken with a really crappy digital camera. I only included them because they're nice looking photos. However, the car looks magenta in these two photos. Rest assured, the true color is the original Mitsubishi/Chrysler bright red and is shown in the rest of the photos that were taken only a few weeks ago with a modern camera. THANKS! THIS CAR HAS SIMPLE 16g POWER! THERE'S NO ABSURD SOUND SYSTEM, USELESS GAUGES, RACING STRIPES, NEON LIGHTS, OR FUZZY DICE. WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT IS A REAL DSM WITH THE RIGHT ENGINE, THE RIGHT TRANS, A HEAVY CLUTCH, NICE INTAKE/EXHAUST, AND EASY TO PROGRAM FUEL CONTROLLER. Selling Conditions: Serious Bidders only, local pick up only, email to discuss payment options. ***WANNA SEE IT BEFORE YOU BID? EMAIL ME! The first 50,000 miles were all highway miles from a previous owner. I had the engine replaced with a stronger rebuilt first generation (1G) Eagle Talon TSI crate engine (both block & cylinder head) by an engine shop in Missouri. The first generation engine is a tougher engine with stronger internals and better oiling passages. By using 1G piston rods and second generation (2G) pistons, the 2G compression ratio (8.5:1) can be retained while the thicker 1G rods add durability and strength. I have completed approximately 800 of the suggested 1000 mile break-in on conventional 10W-30 engine oil. The switch to full synthetic is suggested after 1000 miles. The car performs very well even at the early stages of the break-in. The cruise control cables and actuator have been removed and replaced with the Eclipse-Spyder Non-cruise control cable, so that the gas pedal is directly connected to the throttle body for tighter acceleration. The fog lights have also been removed in preparation for a front mount intercooler that was never purchased. The engine splash guards and timing belt cover will be included with the vehicle but are not currently installed. A couple of the interior trim pieces are painted red and they look pretty neat. Owning and upgrading this car has been an experience of a lifetime, I've learned so much from working on it over the years and performing all the modifications listed above, but now I'm considering passing over to the next enthusiast. The interior is in immaculate condition while the exterior paint is clean with no fading or defects. Again, sleeper status.......:) Thanks for looking!!!!!!!!!!!
