If you are looking for a Heavy Duty K2500 with FACTORY 1 Ton Suspension then here ya go!! Ordered from GM with 1 Ton Suspension FRONT AND REAR with 8 pack 56" rear springs, Front QUAD Shocks and Heavy Duty 1 Ton brakes all the way around. She has been driven only to town onces a week since coming to Idaho. Parked in a shop on the property so out of the elements. Has only 140k miles Original but MOTOR was replaced with a CRATE 290 hp 350 and TH400 was rebuilt less than 5,000 ago. Both done at the same time...motor too!! This "built like a rock" truck was ordered from the factory by the original owner to include ALL possible options except for the clock. She is a K2500 which is a 3/4 ton but ordered with 1 Ton Suspension which includes the Spring package from GM # K2 which is the 8 pack rear spring package. Brakes also are 1 Ton. Has 14 Bolt Semi-Floater Rear Axle Too!! CLEAN TITLE AND PERFECT CARFAX 1985 Chevrolet K2500 SILVERADO in excellent condition. Truck is a 2 owner cream puff that drives like a new truck. NO squeeks, rattles or any other noises. Very tight truck. Check out the pictures to see for yourself. She resided in So Cal up until 1996 and has been in dry Southwest Idaho ever since. Idaho is a very dry climate in the dessert...about 12 inches of precipitation annually. No salt on the roads here in Idaho. No rust...body in really good condition....has very few tiny scratches. Was repainted due to paint fade about 8 years ago and still looks really good....very shiny. Windshield has two repaired rock smacks but not bad. Filled with the stuff at glass shop. Interior looks really good as it was garaged and kept out of the elements. All original carpet, upholstery, door handles, ect...etc...Interior is LIKE NEW....seat is starting to rip due to the age but just starting...foam is still really good and tight and just needs to be reupholstered if you choose. There is a light really cool lookin' seat cover on it now. Headliner is also in EXCELLENT condition and looks like new with NO sagging or stains or rips or holes!! Door panels also in real good condition. Has factory sliding window but lock broke...easy fix cause it's just held on by screws....we have NO crime here so I just don't feel the need to replace. Brake and Gas peddles look new...also show no wear. This truck has been babied since new. Check out the pictures of the interior and see for yourself how NICE the interior looks. It does have a dash cover which has been on for years but also in great condition...keeps the glare down and just cleaner...NO dusting! Almost forgot...Power door locks also work great and the vents are still TIGHT!! Check it out in the picture. Also equipped from the FACTORY with the original 2" trailer hitch with the original trailer light plug. Factory DUAL tanks with dash mounted original LEFT and RIGHT switch....works great! It also has the ORIGINAL Cargo Lamp switch on the drivers side near the seat belt and it works. The truck is equipped with a CRATE 290 hp 4 Bolt Main 350 and was installed less than 5,000 miles ago (NO LEAKS). Has an EDELBROCK aluminum intake and a EDELBROCK 1406 carb....Runs fantastic!! The TH400 transmission was also rebuilt at the same time and installed a B&M shift kit. Original owner really took pride in his truck and made sure it was mechanically sound (NO LEAKS). She rides around with 4.10 gears which are perfect for driving and towing. The front suspension also was ordered with Factory GM package # K1 which is QUAD shocks in the front (FACTORY) and were installed about 2-3 years ago (Monroe Gas Filled...$60 each). Steering stabilizer is only about 5 years old and did not need replacing. ALL Brakes were also replaced at time of motor installation. The motor runs on Mobil One Synthetic and has a FRAM oil filter. Fluids in all cases were also changed out. Transfer Case was also Taken apart, inspected and re-sealed. Tires are Dean Tire Company Wildcats and are LT235/85R16 with a load range of E (10 PLY) which is heavy duty for sure!! They are about 75%. Front 10 bolt Corporate axle is also equipped with Locking Hubs and were greased at the time of front brake pad installation...turn freely. Transfer case lever also works like a dream.....moves freely from 2 HI to 4HI and to 4LO. This is one of the LAST years for the Chevy Trucks with the straight front axle...this truck will take you anywhere you want to go!! It's certainly a collector's dream. Motor compartment also looks like new. All original including stickers. Jack is also still there on the driver's side. Got a complete at time of Engine/Transmission/Transfer Case Rebuilds including NEW plugs, wires, cap, rotor and FRAM air cleaner. Runs like a champ!! Also check out the picture of the HOOD insulator....looks really nice too!! This is a NICE ride for sure. Even has the ORIGINAL 1 ton option Hub Caps and FACTORY Extension Mirrors!! Check it out. She has the ORIGINAL front and rear bumpers which were ordered by the Original Owner with the fancy rubber moulding and are in really good condition and shine NICE. Bed was sprayed with Bed liner coating and lined with a rubber mat including the tailgate. All lights work and lenses look great...even the Cargo Light works...how rare is that ya think?
