Up for auction is this recently discovered 1960 Chevy Belair 2 door hard top. This car was pulled from a barn less than 2 weeks ago, and appears to have last been registered in 1976. The body is very solid, and appears to have had patch panel repair done on the rear quarter panels and over the headlights, which were weak points for rust on these cars. The floor pans need replacing, however, the trunk floor and rear wheel tubs are rock solid. The engine appears to be the original straight six, which turns over and fires. Interior is rough and will need replacing, but the seat frames can probably be salvaged. The doors, hood and trunk open and close nicely, and the windows roll up and down. Front windshield has a crack in it, but not too bad. This car will make an excellent restoration project, and the seller has many extra 1960 chevy parts to go with it (7 skids worth).
