You are bidding on a nice 1996 Chevy Astro van. This van runs and drives very well. The transmission shifts smooth as it should. All power options work as they should except theA/C has a small leak. Front brake calipers and rotors were redone last year but there is a leak in the right front brake metal line and that will need to be replaced before driving. The interior is in good shape with no cracks in the dash but the drivers side door is missing the small cup that goes around the door handle. This van always starts and drives very well, the engine is smooth with no odd noises. It holds good oil pressure and it runs cool. The altenator charges well. The oil & filter were changed about 300 miles ago. It has new tires and wheels. All the lights and gauges work and it has new wiper blades. There is a small rust place on the drivers side rear fender and some under the rear tailgate window but nothing major. The outside looks good at a distance but there are scratches in the paint. Once you replace the metal brake line and bleed the brakes you will have a good everyday driver. We have the rear bench seat, just removed it for more room. A $500.00 non - refundable deposit at end of auction by pay pal is required with the balance due within 7 days of end of auction by certified cashiers check or bank money order. All funds must clear before the van can be picked up. Buyer is responsible for all transport. I will store the van for up to 3 weeks at no cost. Sold as is.
