This is a 1979 Lil Red Express dodge truck,They only made these trucks for two years 1978&79.They were the fastes american produced vehicle for them two years.It has a 360 engine with the original Edelbrock intake,it has a 727 transmission.The guy I got the truck from said the motor was rebuilt and the transmission also.He also said the truck sat for around eight years before I got it I believe the tranny and motor are original for the truck.It has air condition,I think it needs to be recharged,I started to restore this truck,but lost interest.I drive this truck occasionaly,It seems to run good,sounds real good,It seems to drain the battery dead,apparently it has bad ground somewhere ,It handles okay,had the front realigned.I believe it to be the original paint,The body on this truck is really solid,The passenger side fender has a little rust where the paint come off,but it could be sanded and painted,as far as I could tell the only rust hole is on the passenger side door,inside by where the speaker goes in the door. I had the inside of the bed repainted,new wood,new metal strips that go inbetween the wood and new bolts.It has the original rims,other new parts include alternator,exhaust system,brake calliper,voltage regulator,headlight switch,hi-lo beam switch,fuel pump,inner tyrod,drag link,plus many others.This truck needs very little to finish.The main thing is sanded and painted.All the glass are good,There are no dents.Like I said this truck is unbelievaly straight and solid,as you can see from the pictures.If you have any questions please feel free to email.THANKS On Apr-13-11 at 17:06:45 PDT, seller added the following information: p.s also do not know the actual miles for this vehicle speedomiter doesn't work.THANKS
